We are an Internet of Things (IoT) and data analytics business, focusing on solutions in the insurance industry. We are currently focused on geyser claims in the South African market.
Zigora has developed a proprietary, intelligent geyser sensor & system to reduce costs and hassle. We identify the health of a geyser and incorporated a service to proactively provide maintenance for the geyser and utilize smart leak detection to mitigate potential damage.
THE TEAM
Zigora was founded by Geordie Blane and Auke Algera, having years of IoT experience and strong backgrounds in ICT & engineering respectively, with successful African operational and business development records. The business is underpinned by a brilliant management team and involved investors.
SOLUTION
☛ HARDWARE
Our proprietary sensor is unique in that it enables monitoring of the health of a geyser and reports the status of a geyser to our platform. The sensor is designed to minimize the total installed and ongoing operational costs and uses of its own network and power source.
☛ SOFTWARE
Our platform makes use of world-class scalable software and hardware that is developed internationally. We do not do any large software development in house. The focus is on data analytics, scalability and supporting operational service.

SERVICES
We understand that customers are mainly interested in reduced costs and hassle. We deliver this independently of the customers interaction and manage the process for them.
The services includes, sensor hardware, installation, communications, monitoring, analysis, anodes & replacements and smart leak detection with alerting.
The sensor does not affect the workings of the geyser.
To implement the service takes a few minutes and does not require tools, COC's or impact compliance.
